Winner receives a voucher, redeemable for a permittable, residential septic design at no charge within one of the following Vermont counties: Chittenden, Orleans, Caledonia, Lamoille, Franklin or Washington. Application fees and installation are not included. WMSW may decline to redeem the voucher for a specific site for any reason. The voucher may be transferred to another party, but may not be exchanged for cash or any other services. Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state and local taxes that may apply. Finished Design is offered ‘as is’ with no written, express, or implied warranty. Winner will be chosen at random and notified through the contact information provided above. If the winner cannot be reached or fails to claim the awarded design within seven days, the prize will be forfeited to an alternate winner. Must be redeemed by 12/1/2019.
